Book Cover: La Bruja

Combination of digital and hand-drawn illustrations using Adobe Fresco, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, 2022

La Bruja is a book cover illustration I made during my internship at Malas Artes Editorial in Spain. The fantasy novel, by Noni F. Villaseñor, tells the story of Alex and Neus as they discover the mystery of Tábata, a cat with the spirit of a medieval witch. For this project, I created the cover art, starting with sketches of the cat and choosing the final colors. The final cover design was based on a sketch by the author, which I redrew in my own playful, hand-drawn style.
